OUR HISTORY
Calvary Baptist Church was established in Seymour, IN in 1960 with the aim of spreading the message of hope and good news of Jesus. God has faithfully used the preaching of His Word to impact countless lives over the last 60+ years.
OUR MISSION
We want to see everyone come to faith in Jesus Christ for everlasting life. It is also our desire that everyone at Calvary would be encouraged and equipped to Gather (Matthew 28:19-20), Grow (Ephesians 4:12), and Go (Revelation 5:9-10)!
STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe in the Holy Scripture. We accept the Writings of the Old and New Testament as the inerrant Word of God, inspired and breathed on by God. We believe the Word of God is sufficient to be the authoritative rule of faith and practice. This Word of God has been preserved, kept alive, and in place according to the promise.
